This is so very true. As soon as we allow ourselves to feel and accept the emotion – our experience shifts from feeling a hard pain into a soft one. Eventually the emotional wave passes leaving more space for our beautiful essence to fill the spaces ‘negative’ emotions used to inhabit. What emotion are you not feeling free to feel right now?
