Huge Relief!

I used to hold onto to a lot of things, memories, attachments, blockages, idealized self image concepts for the longest time and that tension used to weigh me down. Upholding an image or a  persona, keeping emotions / reactions deep within ourselves and trying to be the idealized version of ourselves takes up a lot of energy, work and tenses us up. If you pause for a second to notice any tension in your body and start breathing into each area with a focused attention, you may start noticing how you long for a release.

Just today I was holding space for a beautiful client of mine who’s come to me to embrace her sexual force, to fall in love with herself and unleash the inner goddess.

The sensual energy is so powerful, exquisite and incredibly moving. It makes us feel alive, creative, invigorated and empowered. Often, the reason why we’re not in touch with our pleasure is due to a variety of blockages that come from your upbringing – early childhood wounding, shame / guilt associated with sexuality, feeling unworthy of love and pleasure, inability to fully accept and love ourselves as we are and not as the world wants us to be.

Or receiving wonderful practical tips of working through thoughts but not approaching issue-resolution holistically and multidimensionally. Throughout the years of my own growth pains and training / working as a Professional Energy Therapist I have arrived at a great balance in helping clients (and working through my own struggles) multidimensionally
