Energy System
I’d like to start by explaining what our Energy System is and how it functions. Quantum field theory explains that our universe is comprised of many infinitely-large vibrational fields that affect each other’s frequencies. Simply speaking, we live in a sea of energy.

There is agreement among science, medicine and metaphysics that certain frequencies can repel disease, and certain frequencies can destroy disease. Herein lies the link between frequency (vibration) and health. Everything in nature vibrates at different frequencies.

When we mention Human Energy System, we tend to talk about the energetic field and 7 main centers. I have written about these in more detail here: For the purpose of our Energy System Boost discussion, I’d like to focus on the following three main components of Energetic Interactions:

  • Frequency that enters our field (healing vibes, good food, positive relationship interactions)
  • Energy we generate (self talk / self-love, self-care, pleasure-filled practices)
  • How we sustain the energy (energy leaks / exchange, boundary violations)

In the next few weeks, I’m going to cover 12 areas of our lives that have direct effect on our energy levels. We will also become aware of how these areas benefit us or can potentially be sources of energetic loss. Stay tuned to learn more on how you can optimize your energy levels by focusing on these elements:

  1. Thyroid function, medical tests and Vitamins

  4. Meditation / Sounds / Sleep

For now, I’d like you to become aware of the 3 Main Energetic components we have touched upon:

  • Notice what kind of frequency enters your field (negative, positive, grounding, healthy etc.)
  • Become aware of the energy you generate (what are the messages you’re sending internally – are they uplifting or bring you down)
  • Contemplate on how the energy escapes your body/mind/heart and soul
